The Indian Pacific Rail, Coast & Vines Tour

Spend two days exploring the sunny city of Perth and the pristine Rottnest Island, home to a protected population of the famous quokkas. On Sunday you will board the Indian Pacific mid-morning to begin your exciting journey to Adelaide. Settle into your cabin and head to the restaurant carriage for lunch as you watch the filmstrip of breathtaking scenery flitter by. In the late evening you will arrive at Kalgoorlie to explore the world's largest open cut mine, and watch a performance telling of the region's gold rush history. The following day, wake to an incredible desert sunrise on the Nullarbor Plains and explore the abandoned pioneering town of Cook. The next morning you will arrive in Adelaide and have the whole day to explore at your leisure, and perhaps enjoy a private dining experience at the National Wine Centre of Australia.
